The price includes a welcome pack with a selection of essentials to include tea, coffee, milk.
Electricity, gas and Wi-Fi are included in the price. There is a safety deposit box for your use.
All towels and bed linen are provided. Beach towels will also be available.
There is a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your holiday to pay to secure your booking. Please see below for information on refunds.

For bookings of over 1 week, extra linen and towels will be provided but please note that this is a self catering villa so a laundry service is not provided. "Linen bags" will be left for you to put all towels and bed linen that are to laundered at the end of your stay.
Prices above include VAT and the compulsory Greek tax for tourism and climate. This is a charge that the government has imposed to help fund the costs of fire fighters as there are many wild fires caused during the summer. Many of these are caused by careless cigarette ends and discarded glass bottles in dry grass.
Prices are per day for the property.
REFUNDS.
100% refund of amount paid if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in date.
50% refund of amount paid minus service fee if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in date.
30% refund if cancelled less than 30 days before check-in date or we can reschedule for another available date.
Minimum age of primary renter is 21 years old.
You will be responsible for any damages to the property and contents that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
