The price includes a welcome pack with a selection of essentials to include tea, coffee, milk.
Electricity, gas and Wi-Fi are included in the price. There is a safety deposit box for your use.
All towels and bed linen are provided. Beach towels will also be available.
There is a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your holiday to pay to secure your booking. Please see below for information on refunds.

For bookings of over 1 week, extra linen and towels will be provided but please note that this is a self catering villa so a laundry service is not provided. "Linen bags" will be left for you to put all towels and bed linen that are to laundered at the end of your stay.
Prices above include VAT and the compulsory Greek tax for tourism and climate. This is a charge that the government has imposed to help fund the costs of fire fighters as there are many wild fires caused during the summer. Many of these are caused by careless cigarette ends and discarded glass bottles in dry grass.
Prices are per day for the property.

100% refund of amount paid for cancellations until the 60th day prior check-in date.
50% refund of amount paid for cancellations between 59th and 30th day prior to check-in date.
30% refund of amount paid for cancellations between 29th and 21st day prior to check-in date.
No refund for cancellations between 20th day and check-in date.
Minimum age of primary renter is 21 years old.
You will be responsible for any damages to the property and contents that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
